Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items securely in the original Charlotte Mills shoebox and include your completed returns form before sealing the outer mailing bag.

  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point, keeping your receipt for tracking purposes.
